Teaching

At Michigan State University, I have taught courses for the Department of Romance and Classical Studies, the Broad College of Business, and the Center for Gender in Global Context. Though the scope of study and level of difficulty of the classes that I have taught have varied, there is one underlying commonality in every course I teach: I use an interdisciplinary approach to help students gain insight into other cultures, their language, and history and develop intercultural competencies. In doing so, students learn more about themselves and the world around them.
